In Photonesto, a special place is waiting for you - orders.
Where you will find all the necessary information about the orders placed by your customers.
1. What information can I find out on main list?
➡️ Name of the gallery where the order was placed.
➡️ Customer's e-mail.
➡️ Date and time of the order.
➡️ Amount of the order.
➡️ And most importantly! We will tell you what to do in the next step.
2. What can I do in Orders?
Thanks to the top buttons, you can quickly search for orders from the list, so that you can see those that interest you the most and which require a specific action:
➡️ confirmation of payment,
➡️ transfer to the lab,
➡️ sending digital files to customers.
If you are interested in other filters, you can choose the ones you need from the list of proposed ones or freely configure the list of orders and combine different filters with each other.
If you want to find a specific order by its identifier, you can do so using the search. Enter the phrase and click enter on your keyboard.
The orders tab is not only for searching for recommendations using filters or the search engine. You can also easily confirm payments or change the status of even several orders!
How to do it?
1. Simply select an order or several orders from the list, and then click the appropriate button in the upper right corner.
2. When confirming receipt, we suggest what amount has been paid, but if necessary, you can enter any amount.
3. You can change the statuses to one of the following. And then click "Confirm" to confirm.
If you need it, you can also download all the necessary data to a CSV file.
Simply select the sessions whose data you need, and then click the "Export" button in the upper right corner.
