Photonesto is a platform created for professionally sharing photos with clients. The Customer Zone is your virtual lobby: a central and secure place where your clients can find all their galleries in a single view. You decide which galleries are visible there, and access to each one is additionally protected by a password, which ensures order and full control over the shared photos.

Custromer Zone is the place where the photo galleries you have created are displayed. It is the perfect way to demonstrate to potential clients how active a photographer you are.

Thanks to it, people interested in your services will see that you are a professional, and it will certainly help them decide to use your services. Additionally, by adding a link to the Client Zone to your website, you make it easier for your clients to find their photo galleries if they happen to lose the full gallery URL.

1. Where can I find the Customer Zone? How do I access it?

Accessing the Customer Zone is very simple. Just log in to Photonesto, go to the main menu in the top-right corner of the screen, and then select from the drop-down list "Customer Zone" -> "Open Customer Zone":

In the Customer Zone, photo galleries are displayed along with your contact information.

The web address (WWW address) of your Customer Zone is always the same, so you can always send it to your clients and be sure that they will land on your Customer Zone on Photonesto.

2. Adding galleries to the Customer Zone

Every gallery you have created in Photonesto can be visible in the Customer Zone. It is up to you to decide if and when the gallery should appear there.

Visibility of new galleries

While creating a gallery on the screen where you define the name and password, you can display additional gallery options. Just click the "Show more options" button:

The window will expand with new options, and there you will be able to determine whether the gallery being created should be visible in the Customer Zone.

Visibility of existing galleries

There are also situations where a gallery initially available in the Customer Zone needs to be removed from it. In Photonesto, we allow you to change the visibility of a gallery at any time.

To change the visibility of a gallery in the Customer Zone, on the gallery view screen, click on the "Settings" tab. From this tab, you can control the visibility of the gallery in the Customer Zone, among other things - simply move the corresponding slider.

3. Personalization od the Customer Zone

In the Customer Zone, besides your galleries, clients can find your contact information. Thanks to this, clients will be able to go directly to your website or social media channels.
