Photonesto is a platform for photographers that allows for quick and easy sharing of photos with clients. Now, imagine you have one, super-intuitive place where all your photo orders are right at your fingertips. That’s exactly what the orders panel in Photonesto is! It’s your personal command center, making selling photos simple and enjoyable.

Orders are simply the photos that clients have purchased in the galleries you have shared with them. They let you know exactly what the client chose, when they chose it, and how much they paid. Managing orders allows you to quickly monitor the fulfillment and status of each request. It's a great tool that helps you stay organized and serve your clients efficiently.

In the header of the Photonesto platform, there are a few links. Besides the link to the gallery management panel, there are also links to the client zone and the orders panel. We will be discussing the latter here.

Using the buttons at the top, you can quickly search for orders on the list to see the ones that interest you most and require a specific action:

  • confirming a payment,

  • sending to the lab,

  • sending digital files to clients.

Clicking the "Show orders" button in the relevant tile will display orders filtered by the corresponding action to be performed.

If you are interested in other filters, you can select the ones you need from the suggested list or freely configure the list of orders and combine different filters with each other.

If you want to find a specific order by its ID, you can use the search bar. Enter the correct ID and press Enter on your keyboard.

The "Orders" tab isn't just for searching for orders using filters or the search bar. You can also easily confirm payments or change the status of even multiple orders!

How do you do this?

Simply select one or more orders from the list by checking the box on the left, then click the appropriate button in the top-right corner.

You can select all visible orders by clicking the small box at the top of the list.

When confirming a payment, we suggest the amount that was paid, but if needed, you can enter any amount.

You can also change the status of orders to one of the available options. To confirm the action, click "Confirm."

If you need to, you can also download all the necessary data to a CSV or ZIP file. Simply select the orders you need data from and click the "Export" button in the top-right corner.

Confirming that someone has paid becomes incredibly simple. You can do it quickly and painlessly, and you'll immediately know which orders are ready for the next step.

Have a lot of orders? No problem! The panel allows you to change the status of many of them at once or confirm payments in bulk. This is a huge relief when you have a lot on your plate - you don't have to click on each order individually.
