Thanks to Photonesto, you will instantly and effortlessly share the results of your work, ensuring a professional reception of photos by your clients. Additionally, the integrated booking makes session booking a pure pleasure – anyone can quickly check available hours and sign up in a few seconds.
As a photographer who offers photo sessions in a studio, you probably know that efficient management of the calendar and booked dates is the foundation. Thanks to our session booking system, you can have everything in one place - easy to manage and clear for clients. You are probably equally well aware of how important it is to properly present your services to clients - eye-catching, pleasing to the eye, but at the same time clear and encouraging. And here we come with our feature of OFFER PAGES (landing page).
Thanks to the offer page, you can show what a specific photo session will look like (upload photos of sets, description of the entire session, what props are available, etc.), present example photos from such a session, or propose available photo packages. You also have the option to post reviews about the session that you received from your existing clients.

How to create an offer page?
Go and log in to our session booking system (booking) - you can do this using the button at the top of the page or go directly to https://booking.photonesto.com/
Next, you need to go to the main menu (upper right corner of the screen) and select the "Offer pages" option:
To create a new offer page, you need to click the green "Create" button:
and in the new window enter the name of the offer page and select the session types that we want to be visible on this offer page. In our case, it will be an offer page named "Christmas in our studio", which will contain two types of sessions (here - photo packages): "MINI Package" and "MAXI Package".
You don't have to choose all the session types you want to have on this offer page now, it's enough to choose one. You can freely change this later.
Configuring the offer page
Now we will move on to composing our new offer page:
As you can see, it consists of five sections that we can use to present our holiday sessions in full glory.
The first section is the photo - we are talking here about the main photo that displays as a cover at the very top of the offer page. To add a photo, the section must first be expanded by clicking the down arrow on the right side, then click the "Select photo" button and add it from the computer. Remember to save your progress in the lower right corner with the "Save" button.
If a message about activating the section in the client view appears - it means that the system is asking whether this section should be active - you can confidently click any option of your choice.
Next is the description - we fill in the heading, short and long description - entering everything we want the client to know about these sessions, here is the place for our creativity :) Next to the description, there is space for two photos that can complete the entire description of the session.
Don't forget to save your changes!
Next we have the Photo gallery - this is the place for example photos from the session you offer - or for photos of sets that are available in your studio.
You can also add a heading (the name of this photo gallery):
Remember to save your changes :)
The penultimate section is the option named Packages (session types) - this is exactly the place where you can define which of your session types will be visible on this offer page. This can be one type of session - if the offer page is to be an extension of the description of a specific session (e.g. Lavender sessions). There can also be several of them - e.g. as packages for holiday or newborn sessions. Some photographers use offer pages as a presentation of all types of sessions they offer - as a kind of portfolio combined with session sign-ups.
Check the boxes of the sessions you want to use on this offer page and uncheck those you don't want to display.
The last is the option to add reviews - if you have such from your clients, this is precisely the place to present them - for each review you can add a photo, the first and last name of the client, and the content of the review.
Finally, when everything is ready - the offer page must be published - with the "Publish" button.
Precisely now the offer page will be publicly available at the link that you can download by clicking the "Share link" button. Next to it are buttons to disable and delete the offer page. Disabling means that it will stop being publicly visible under the link, and deleting means total and irreversible deletion.
Are you wondering what these green-gray sliders are for? With their help, you can turn off a given section from being visible on the offer page - e.g. you can turn off the reviews section if you don't need it.
